Buying accounts with 1 QP in G.E. bank

Hi,

I'm looking to buy 30 accounts with the following criteria:

• Tutorial island completed
• 1 Quest Point or more
• Placed at the G.E. bank (directly at the bank, within a couple of tiles)

To be played on a German/European IP.

Potentially looking to buy on a weekly basis, maybe in higher quantities. Paying 1m osrs gp per account.
