How to delete recovery's on an RS account

How to delete your recovery questions.

Hello, and welcome to my thread on how to delete your recovery questions on your Runescape account.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge everyone that you first must know the other information, other than the recovery answers. You must know:

-The first password when account was created
-Two previously used passwords
-The zip-code that was entered when account was created
-The E-mail address that was entered when account was created
-Agreement Number - Not required but recommended
-A previously used PIN number - Not required but recommended
-Transaction ID - Not required but recommended
-The date the account was created
-The Internet provider you used when making the account. IE: Comcast, AT&T, DSL

Some extra information you might want to know:

-Gender
-Date of Birth
-Name (first and last)
-Some other accounts you may have entered on the same IP address
-Your age

Now, to delete the recoveries. You start from the homepage of Runescape.com.
-Start by going to Account management
-Then to Recover a lost password
-Then to recover a stolen password (If you go to recover a forgotten password you will not get the recovery questions deleted!!)
-Now, enter the desired user name of the account that you're trying to delete the recovery questions off of.

Now enter all the information you should have listed from the details above.

Once entered you will then be giving Tracker ID.

A Tracker ID is a long process 3hrs-72hrs long that determines the appeals progress. There are 1 of 4 ways it may respond whilst entering the code:

-Unknown (You didn't enter the code or username correctly)
-Pending (Your appeal is pending...)
-Accepted and Unlocked
-DENIED

Now during this time the account will be LOCKED. Which means you will be unable to play while the case is pending. Enter the tracker ID from time to time to check on your pending case.

Once you finally get your answer - hopefully it's Accepted and Unlocked. You will then have the account unlocked, without having recoveries set on it. CONGRATULATIONS!!

I'm just basing this off what I know, and I've never been able to delete recovery's in under 3 hours.

Internet provider is.... sbc dsl, telecom etc. etc.
Explorer and firefox are browers.

Dont create guides unless you know what your doing.

 

Also, it took 10 minutes for this to get accepted. It didn't get locked either.

Congratulations if that happened to you. Like I said, I'm just doing this based off what I know and what I've experienced.
