issues

two things maybe the sythe community can help me with?
first:
is there any way to deal with the lag currently in rs? normally i get 40-60 fps but lately its more 20. those graphic updates are really screwing up the game... plus im getting black/white screens frequently while playing, is there any may to ease/fix this?

second:
my antivirus recently said that it has blocked two things:
a black hole type exploitation kit, and a phoenix type exploitation kit.
what are these, and am i in any danger?

Fps lag is partly jagex side, not much you can do.

About your antivirus, just run a few scans and change your passwords to be safe.

 

The only thing you can do about the lag is to go to task manager and set priority to java on high, turn down your graphics settings in-game, and go into "direct x" mode.

The other ones check you logs on your AV to see what the hell it's talking about.

 

I am unaware of the second but the first blocked by ur antivirus is essentially a rat reformat your computer, it's the only way you can be 100% safe its gone as rats\keyloggers and things like that all find ways around antivirus's

 

Google is your Friend.
It's all malware don't allow any of it!! Delete anything and everything to do with it!!! It will exploit your computer's unpatched areas to help you get hacked easier and can install Trojans and worms etc.

 

Request a ban until you get the second thing figured out..

exactly. If you have windows 7 I know you can restart your computer and continuously hit "f11" on restart and you can uninstall and re-install windows from there with no disk
