Ban dates don't aline, but Juzo was also known as qemo who was perm banned on the Aug 4, 2018 and he is not a noob at ban evading as seen in his dispute on Juzo (got past home ip twc: Juzo home ip) so I assume the profile was made beforehand, anyway on to the actual evidence:

it's very hard to find anything on the turbo as he keeping a low profile, so I hope this enough to have home IP check at least as I don't think they're enough/good enough evidence without ip match.
