Dude who I suspect to be the sniper himself AND Utc: Alanvong or Alan's friend he gives all of his sniped names too.
JP: Ex-Foe member wich I've sold his dream name to few months ago.


There is alot of infos on this report and alot of essential informations needs to be deleted for obvious reasons. It will be confusing at some points, alot of screenshots/Names will be deleted so only Mods can see, sorry about that.


I was buying the Name Profit off someone I met on Assassin's Discord on December 26th. We agreed on a price and due to my reputation back then the person trusted me and went first (Countdown method) he was in a rush to sell and didn't wanna wait longer so we proceeded and the name got sniped pretty quickly. We kept talking for couple weeks then I've lost contact with him.


5 DAYS later, the name was on a Pure account, I did some research back then and found out the owner was named UTC and he is an officer in the pure Clan FOE.

Utc Saying My friend always gives me the sniped names since HE CANT SELL SNIPED NAMES so it is someone that has to follow some rules in the first place (Sythe rules obviously), which leads us to 4-5 potential name sellers currently.

So as of now, we know Utc 100% received the name, either he sniped it and has a 2nd discord to fake sell himself the name, or someone really did snipe it and gave it to him for whatever reason...
Next We Are Going To Cover Certain Other RSN's That Are Suspicious


Firstly RSN: Set

This name was sniped from Alex by a "Diana" on Discord. In these screenshots, you can see Diana gifting UTC the name for free, then giving the name to Hope who ended up with the name. I do not know who Diana is but it could of been an alt Discord acc to take off the blame of UTC. UTC is the real perpretrator though because he himself was the one to sell back the RSN to World Hope, who already was trying to buy the name for a little cheaper. Diana admitted they owned certain names that had also been sniped in the past aka Milotic/Alice. So it seems UTC is also working with them possibly? Or just an alt discord being used.

In some other videos you can see some other names, including "Set" in a video that was blurred but with the chatbox still visable! Set was the name sniped from me and sold to another FOE member "World Hope" on Sythe, Who is now banned for colluding with the sniper. The report can be seen here: Blamed for sniping Rsn

I know Pendulum sold Alan the name (Deleted) and now UTC has it in his videos with many FOE members telling me he is known as (Deleted) Pendulum can reply here with proof if there are any doubts. I would like to see proof of Alan "Selling" this RSN to UTC, although it wasn't stolen/sniped, it would connect him to a name sniper. How did this rsn get in UTC's hands? Here's a FOE Staff Member telling me he has and he's known for that name. Redacted so mods can see, don't want to oust him: (Deleted)

No One on Earth would buy (Deleted) especially not Utc ESPECIALLY if he gets free 2 digits and insanely OG names on the regular. Yet another name Alan used to own that ends up in UTC's hands.


Yet another few names we can use to link come from this screenshot in which we won't show cuz we don't want to throw him under the bus but its deleted so mods can see. (Sensitive Info, Deleted)
This demonstrates that 4 names UTC has were either sniped or currently owned by Alan. If he comes and says UTC doesn't own these I have linked evidence below so the mods can see otherwise. All Screenshots Redacted below

Claims he's gunna snipe all the names with his friend who does it for him.
This member ousted Utc on which names he has. One of these names I have evidence that Alan owns it. Here he is trying to sell it: (Deleted)

The question begs: Why are UTC and Alan owning the same names? Even though this name is legit, here is EVIDENCE that they are the same person or colluding. You can say he just sells names to him, but why are legit names and stolen names mixing here when it comes to these two.



Also (Deleted) was sniped from Chad and although he isn't protected by Sythe, I do believe he deserves a mention. This name was mentioned in the above deleted screenshots for the mods. The name (Deleted) can be seen in countless videos from his youtube channel. More info to come when Chad sends me his evidence.



I've been trying to hunt down names on Crystal Math Labs and see if I can get any matches with the screenshots Utc sent to World Hope etc. Then I told myself, if Alan is possibly Utc, We can connect them by finding where Utc joined FOE as there has to be an introduction somewhere right? Where you gotta talk about yourself and give your first name and such. I Decided to ask JP who used to be in Foe and see if he could help out just trying to find some basic information and here is what happened next.



I am going to tell what happened and the time as I provide screenshots.


16:24 Eastern: I start a conversation with JP seeing if I can get any information on Utc (we anti-scammed another name from him yesterday so I've been looking into it alot more atm)

17:01 Eastern: JP tells UTC I am chasing him because I think he is Alan and he laughs

17:27 Eastern: Alan Randomly PM's me saying he doesn't know why I'm trying to hunt him down etc. (Where did he get that info from so quickly? Neither I or JP sent any screenshots to anyone)

17:51 Eastern: I asked JP if he pm'd Alan (Since Alan just randomly pm'ed me saying he seen screenshots of myself and JP talk shit on him) and JP 100% didn't PM Alan at all, he only Pm'd Utc 50 minutes prior.

18:13 Eastern: (First time Alan and JP interacts together for a long time) Alan pm's JP saying he's seen some sort of screenshots that I sent him (???) then mentions the Name Set. Which not a single time we have mentioned that name ever, so why would he bring that up randomly. That name was anti-scammed last night.

Basically to state this simply and to the point, Alan had realized he had fucked up when he answered straight away on Alan's Discord after JP told UTC about it. Aswell as pulling out the Name Set out of nowhere in which NO ONE even told him about aswell as LYING to me & JP saying he receives chatlog screenshots from both of us separately. The real red flag is the fact he is lying and is trying to avoid the fact UTC and him communicate or the fact they are the same person. He's trying to avoid being connected at all costs, but the truth about everyone does eventually come out.


Part 2

Another big suspicious cirumstance occurred involving the RSN "(D)." And how Alan aquired this name. I was talking to JP and he mentioned a name "(D)" was sniped from him during a trade. Since it was so long ago he does not have proof of the actual transaction but has proof he owned it for awhile.


Now JP decided to confront Alan about this name and how he aquired it. According to Alan, the name he bought from "a kid." After being further pressed by JP, Alan admitted that he bought the name off "Majora" who is recently banned for picking up names rather quickly "manually" off of Sythe Members. Majora's story is totally odd because he admits he sold it to Alan basically right after he "picked it up." It seems the name got sniped by Majora and Alan was knowingly colluding with him for awhile.

In conclusion we may never know what exactly went down. But we know that there was uncertainty in how Alan would respond to JP. I believe there are way too many coincidences here, and direct proof he is either Utc, or literally gives all his legit and sniped names to him and colludes in helping snipe them. Alan still owns the name today too.


Overall, I believe there are way too many coincidences with certain stolen names. I do believe he has gotten many more names sniped sadly, as everyone knew Alan, Milotic/Alice, and Majora were responsible for 99% of the snipes happening back then. Although we can't necessarily prove that, we can definitively prove this. i hope mods can see that there are way too much circumstancial evidence with even direct evidence which is almost impossible to prove when it comes to name sales. UTC sent me a screenshot of JP and Alex talking about the 'sniper'. He said that they were accusing him to be me. Screenshot - 2f1607aaf94fe7832a28bf1e60f625d2 - Gyazo and gyazo was deleted but this is what the gyazo entailed Screenshot - a58921339e4b52af2f5e621029010e88 - Gyazo, which was sent to UTC and I confronted Alex and JP about it.

Majora was banned recently but during the time of purchase, the RSN that I bought off him was valid and he came to me because he knew I wanted it from a while ago. It's no different from anyone buying a name from him like you have in the past. The digit that was 'given' to UTC, if I believe correctly was sold a year ago to @Skyisburning for 650mish I think. So not sure where you pull this info from lol. This was the same digit that Pendulum sold me. UPDATE: Mods pm for screenshots of transaction with skyisburning. I sold for 700m to him a year and one month ago.

JP is unreliable and a liar. He made the assumption that since I was in Foe discord, I had to be apart of the clan. This is false, I confronted him about it and no proof was provided to me where I was once apart of this clan. Screenshot - a8e46dda33ad8b01979e1ec3ce0982f3 - Gyazo

I think a lot of these statements are off because no one 'knew' who was responsible for 99% of the snipes as there hasn't been a report on me about it. So how can you connect that to me? @video we spoke about name sellers smearing my name, this is it. No proof but all talk. Logically if I was put into this 99% pool then there would be at least a few reports of me from others claiming I sniped their name.

Also the name 'set' - I can speak more to this a mod due to privacy and security with information that ties other name sellers.

 

This was discussed with several staff members

There is not enough evidence to connect UTC and @alanvong12 together. There is enough evidence to suggest UTC is involved to some degree with the name sniping, whether it be actually sniping the names or working with another user to snipe names.

Alan has evidence of selling the two digit name I sold him, which this user not mentioned anywhere in this report and they gave UTC this name as well as another he had.

I would recommend not dealing with UTC or 'Diana' as they are very clearly involved with name sniping
