Riolu = 3 Year Vader

The ip used on both Riolu and one of his unregs matches a banned user.

But if you ip audit Spelvin, in all his time on sythe, it's the only ip to ever log in his profile, meaning it's most definitely a home ip match.

 

I've looked into it and it appears that xspelvin2x's ban was self requested (back then, they didn't have the self-requested ban usergroup, so his ban reason indicated that it was self-requested). I've moved him to the self requested ban usergroup. Thanks again for helping us out.
