On October 4, 2017 this user - sythe.org/members/jeuw.186410/ has bought from me 4-dig steam the account. He has paid the necessary sum, and I have in turn provided him data for an entrance to the account. The buyer has confirmed that the account working and claims has no.

Nearly a month later he writes the complaint to the center of support Paypal and tries to cancel payment and to return back money. Employees of support of PayPal have approved his complaint and money has returned in the automatic mode, having created negative balance on my account.

On my attempts to prove that I am an honest seller and the obligations I have fulfilled, the staff of PayPal could help nothing.
