Trying To Recover My Acc. Help!

hey everybuddy here.

i was study medicine in russia IN THE PAST and now i back to my original country israel.
an account on oldschool runescape that im trying to recover around 2 month ago with all details 100%
credit card + creation details + all password and of course im original owner.
almost 200 time appealed , all of them DENIED ! what can i do ?

"every time i try make an recover appeal it take over 10-15 hours to respond"

When was the last time you've played it?

IF you really are the OO, have all of that info, and are back to your home IP.. then I'm surprised it's getting declined. However, if you sold it or something and someone else has established their IP on it, then I'm not surprised. lol

You most likely typed the log-in name wrong when recovering according to the jagex reply. They usually very clearly specify what info you're missing in order to suceed

Gotcha. Again, if no one else has played on the account and you're back to your creation IP.. I have a hard time seeing as to why they would decline it if you have all of that info.

 

this is the problem i l tell you all the story now.
i was study medicine in russia with friends which was playing rs with me.
4 month ago i got back to my original country "israel" and now im here and i wont go back there anymore im done with russia
i made the acc in russia.
so my friend there had the email for him + the pass.
but im the one who made the acc and i got all the INFO + original email access.
but i cant recover it !

 

Okay, so someone has been playing it then. That's probably the issue. They've played on it for 4 months and have established their IP on the account.

 

what can i do ? how can i message jagex bro ? i cant believe this is happening !

 

I'm not sure, man. Some people have messaged them on twitter before. You could try that.
