Other skype?

I don't understand. What other skype account?

The screenshots I sent where my only skype, registered to my hotmail address. I don't have another Skype. I don't even use the program anymore, I only recently installed it on my PC to get in touch with partypete after his website went down. In fact I can show this via control panel to show when it was installed.

I had a transaction with axelus last night and had absolutley no problems.

However, you only provided this information on another Skype ID, which was the account used to discuss the PayPal transaction as well as delivery of the RSGP.

So, given that, it can be inferred you used 2 different Skype ID's and created a report using chat logs with an imposter of PartyPete as you thought he didn't have any video proof for the delivery of the RSGP.

You gave the same PayPal e-mail to him on Skype where you actually had a conversation with him (also included in the PM). Since delivery of the RSGP, you've disputed the payment.
