trying to change pass and email not coming through

just as title says. idk if this is right spot to post but it looked like the only one close to what what I need help with. Thanks.

 

Can take up to several hours if you are talking about Runescape.

 

my sythe account password. i think may have been rat target a bit ago because they managed to change my PayPal pass, so i want to change all my passes including my Sythe account. but email wont come through to change my sythe account password.

 

Hey @Kids Owned are you still having issues? Are you sure you're checking the correct email?
If you're still having issues, I can have an Admin send you a password reset request.

 

yes still havent received email, and i know i have correct email linked to my sythe acc so :/ thank you for help

 

I've let an Admin know you need a password request sent to your email. Just be patient and you should see the email in your inbox within 24 hours.
