I posted a thread looking for 1500 TTL accounts the other day and @Tryc had messaged me, So i took the bait.
We added eachother on discord and right off the bat I ask him what he is wanting $$ wise for his account...I clearly then told him i am looking for about 10 cheap throw away accounts not top dollar.
He offered a price of $125 initially
I then went gather information about his account, Pictures, stats, untradeables,quest login legacy or jagex any blackmarks are you original owner? Does it come with original email all that stuff and he confirms it all and says "id take 100 lowest"
I then say 100$ seems fair if you can do that and we have more conversation:

Longstory short i pay him the 100$ Via Paypal and he said no I need 125$... I Said bro you had me at 100$. Refund me or give me account information he then continues to block me so here we are unfortunately... Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks guys!

I litteraly sent you a full payment of 100$ in which you agreed on when I said "100$ seems fair if you can do that" then you claim it owe you 25$ and block me? Whats the reasoning for blocking me? If you aren't scamming me and genuinely are delusional thinking I owe you 25$ then you wouldn't of blocked me?
