Most people who have aids are from africa and cant control it if its after generation to come. Also some people didn't know that their parterner had it or visa versa. Breast milk also carries it and if a woman has it then her baby most likely will.

or, you COULD save the poor 1000 people and not have to kill anyone by putting everyone with aid on an island and not letting them off, once they all die off, after a long, full life there will be no more aids.

 

But since it would cost too much time to check almost everyone in africa you'll had to put almost everyone in africa on one island. Still a few would be able to escape.

 

There's a cure for AIDS/HIV, America is just screwing us over. You see, drug companies are one huge leading industry of makeing money. If they actually created a real "cure" these industries would close over night. It's just one huge money making thing here.
