No access to Old email

I Made my original account on here in about 2006 or so, and i just got back into osrs so i'd like to get my sythe account along with my vouches and such back but the email that it sends the password reset to i have not been on in maybe 5 years, and it'd been deleted from yahoo. I tried to recover it already. The account name is Ocstar3. The ip will be different, as i've moved since then. I am literally 4 miles away from where i made the account and spent most of the time on it. Not entirely sure how ip's work but it should still say i am very close to the old one? [redacted] would be the new one i need it attached to. Any questions just let me know. i do not use skype, i will check my pm's on here and threat comments frequently.

Can you provide the registered email to the account? Since the account is fairly old and there is a minimal amount of information on it, you will need to provide as much as you can in order to prove you own the account.
