Ninja Turtled Like Sparc's Guide to Uploading Images :D

Welcome to my first guide. I am not sure if anyone has covered this in a guide but I figured that i would try it anyways [IF ANYONE HAS WILL WILL REMOVE THIS]

So your trying to post a account up for SALE on an website and do not know how to upload and post the pictures? That's why im here

Step one-
Pull up your game site [E.G]www.runescape.com www.maplestory.com

Step two-
Get up your account and what you wish to take a screen shot of. [E.G] Money, Stats, Log In Screen.

Step three-
Push your Print screen key on your keyboard.


Step Three-
Go to paint. -Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint


Step Four- On paint go to Edit>Paste and Wala your Image that you prnt screened is there


Step Five-
Go to the site you wish to upload it on. [E.G] www.tinypic.com [For fastest upload] Or www.photobucket.com to keep the pictures saved under your account [You have to create an account on www.photobucket.com to be able to upload images]

Step Six-
Click the browse button select your image you wish to upload. [Select what you want the settings to be] Click the upload button.


Step Seven-
Copy the code that fits what you are trying to do. [E.G] HTML for Websites, IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards, URL for E-Mail & IM, Direct Link for Layouts. If you are looking to post the image on Sythe use the IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards Code.

I think you did a nice job in terms of format and design, but this topic has been done numerous times. I would suggest thinking of a more genuine topic that would actually help members, because this is a pretty well known topic.

 

Most people know how to do this, not a bad guide you used pictures well. To improve I would play around with some font sizes, fonts and colours to make it stand out and be more interesting. Also you should add that you should crop the picture first. Not bad first guide at all though.

This is probably the most basic guides that can be made. You then turned it into seven steps, which is really pushing it. I could sum it up in three steps..

1. Get to the page you want and click "prt scrn" if you're on a desktop or "Ctrl + prnt scrn" if you are on a Laptop

2. Open MS Paint, Press "CTRL + V" and save the picture.

3. Go to an image hosting site, browse for the picture and press upload. Done

You're going to have to try a lot harder son.
