I've been on Rsbot/Powerbot since December, recently, I've started selling pins (I have vouches for it), and I've sold an account for about $15

Services

Account for Paypal:

1. Seller sends account information (username, password, etc.)
2. I verify that the provided information checks out.
3. Buyer sends money to my paypal.
4. After the account information has been verified, and the money has been received, I'll transfer the money to the seller, and the info to the buyer.

Account for Account (Swap):

Account for account trade:
1. Swappers will send me their account's information.
2. I verify both accounts, making sure that the information check out.
3. I give the swappers their due accounts.

Paypal for Pin:

1. Buyer sends money to my paypal
2. Seller gives me pin, I apply it to the buyer's account, via teamviewer
3. If the provided pin is correct, the seller gets the money
