Sorry but I don't think you'll have too much luck getting a free membership upgrade.
Either make the USD yourself, it's not too hard to make $8 doing something and then use it to buy an upgrade for yourself, or play/bot RS and make around 27M to buy it from one of the big/legit sellers here like myself. Either way it's not too terribly difficult to do. Good luck.

Seems like you just made a girl username, added a girl picture, and hoped that someone here would feel bad a give you a free upgrade. Stop that.
