Title says it all I have a budget of 400$ usd to spend on a 2007 rs pure

 

What stats are you looking for?

 

Considering the game has only been out for a few weeks, I don't think you'll find pures with really high stats.

I think you would be better off just using the money to quickly boost up a pure of your own - pay other people to quest your acc, to train your range with chins, to train your magic with bursting/barraging and other such fast xp gain methods.

It's a lot safer too when you know you are the original owner of the account.
