Best pure

I'm really stuck on what to do with my account, I've got about 40 quest points, and the only combat stats really trained are the levels gained from The Waterfall Quest.

More specifically, I want to know your opinions on what pure to go for, 1 defence, zerker etc

What you should do, is slowly advance. Stay with 1 def, see how you like it with max str bonuses, once you get sick of bein Rambo speced every time you find a fight, advance to 20 def and so fourth. Remember, if you do decide to advance, never melee any defence xp, always quest it.

 

Ive always been a fan of initiate pures rocking 20 def and a whip owns

 

I always stay 1 def until 70 str and after a lot of quests are completed then I decide where I want to go from there. This time though I stayed 1 def all the way to 80 strength and decided zerker was my path so I started all of the def quests.

 

Yeah I was thinking to just advance when I get bored of it or whatever but I kind of want to get my perfect account before I start pking so I don't have to work on it which is why I was asking for more specific answers but thank you for the advice, I will probably end up doing this

Is there a best way to make an initiate pure because when I had one before I just used to get wrecked by Zerkers?

 

With regards to initiate pures; to each, their own. Initiates will always get slaughtered by zerkers, although, on the odd occasion they may get lucky.

 

Not much point with them in 07rs in my opinion, was a different story with turmoil and what not.

 

I guess so, but still they are fun to use, and against 1 def pures they seem to do alright. But with the higher combat level, against a zerker with venge, they stand no chance.

 

I am in the process of making a G Mauler. I want 50 attack, 80 strength, 90+ ranged and 82 magic. Try go along the same path as me, they're really fun accounts and the maul absolutely rips.

 

i like range gmaulers lol but i think the best way u can go is barrows pure since u can still pvm and you have lots of different pk styles
