Hello, I was just wondering about the moneypak thing, havent done it before.

 

If you're in the US, you can get a moneypak card from like pretty much anywhere (walmart, walgreens, cvs, rite aid, kroger, meijer, 7/11, etc). You pay a $4.95 card loading fee and then choose an amount of money to put on it. The card will have an area that you can scratch off and it will reveal a code. You provide me with the code. Once I see that it is valid, I give you RSGP.

Actually pm;'d you about the same thing. Question though. Do you unlaod the card on to your paypal first or what? Because if you both have the codes can't he still use it before you was able too?


Oh another question. You know when you do paypal to paypal you get charged a small fee of like 2.9% interest or something like that. Do you still get charged that on top of the card fee?(payer or receiver?)

What you do is give me the code (you don't use the code yourself). Once the code is used once, it can't be used again. The reason people use moneypak is because there are no chargebacks involved (such as with direct payments). I suggest you only use it with people you trust to deliver the RSGP after you give them the code. I've done plenty of moneypak transactions and they've all gone well

Answer: Nope, no fees involved with moneypak once you load it
