okay so about two weeks ago i sold some rsgp to this guy on here named train3r101 and last night he charged back the $20 now my account is in the hole $20 because 5 days ago i requested a check for all my PP money be sent to my house, now the first question is, once the check gets here will i be able to cash it? its a check for about $600 since there is an open dispute and now my PP is negative $20? and the second question, i heard PP usually sides with the buyer on chargebacks even if they provide no proof, well i have sent paypal screen shots of the convo were he states he recieved the gold he states that his PP email is as verifyed he states that my PP is as verifyed he states that money has been sent and gold has been recieved and i also took a screen shot of his skype profile were it shows his skype is linked with the same email address as his PP account, well are chances stacked against me?

 

Just note that it was Virtual Sales, PayPal doesn't do Virtual Sales chargebacks

 

Did he send as a gift and wrote a note saying that it was for virtual goods ect?.

 

no he put as goods and the note was "gold"

 

Then hes probably ganna win lol.

 

so even tho his CC company took $20 from my paypal account when paypal reviews it and sees that it was for virtual good they'll give me my money back? correct?

 

how can he win he has provided NO proof against me i have uploaded 9 screen shots for PP to view proving in all angles that he recived it and that he is linked to the PP acc threw the same email also, he did 3 other chargebacks against people on here at the same time, wont paypal see that as suspicious he charge backs 3 people the same time 3 dif ammounts? and provides no proof for any of those chargebacks.

 

Well have u got proof that it was for virtual goods?.

 

If he provides no proof, you will win the chargeback.

 

yes i have proof it was for virtual good in the skype convo he states that he is tradeing me in runescape and i asked him to verify his RS name on skype which he did then i asked him to verify his PP email which he did then i asked him to verify his skype email which he did then i asked him to verify he recived the gold ingame which he did then i asked him to verify he sent the money to my PP from his PP which he did. and i sent it all to PP to review.

 

also i sent them a screen shot of proof he chargebacked 3 other people on here last night and the site found the evidence sufficient and he has been banned.

 

look heres the one i believe that shows the most proof. (and yes i have also taken a screen shot of his skype profile were it shows his skype is linked to his email address same as his PP email address)

Just make sure to note virtual goods and you will be fine and out of ur "whole".
