What's the cheapest way for 61 - 65 Herblore?

 

You could just stick with prayer pots

 

Serum 207. I'm not exactly sure whats in it.

Serum 207 is the cheapest way.

It's tarromin and ashes, real simple to make, like 50 xp each

 

Energy pots are only 15 gp/xp atm. Might want to try those?
