Scammer Report: sacred gfx

Briefly explain the trade:
I bought from sacred gfx 5 upgrades for 25m and later 35 membership upgrades for 140M. I went first. There was 2 trades (25M & 140M)

How they scammed:
he gave me upgrades for 24 accounts, instead of 40. So now I'm missing 16 upgrades. Now its more than 72 hours after paying for upgrades.. Earlier today he answered to me and said, that he knows that he has to give me upgrades:
