Seller sold the account even though he knew the original user was going to retrieve it as the original user has been messaging him through steam friends for a few weeks.

I want either a refund or a replacement of an account of the same calibre (hard to do when the steam friends of the account were all invite/professional).

I am not a joke... I can provide chat logs of me talking to Jhyer, I have many good trades not incuding the ones in this steam shop, I have no reason to scam and I thought this guy was legit and I could make a profit by managing his store. Obviously not.. But please don't point fingers at me.
