Osrs Botting Questions

Not done any botting in 1 year + since all my RCers got banned.

Just wondering if people are still finding ban rates quiet high?

Considering getting back into botting to farm some gold.

Any feedback would be good. I know it varies a lot depending on what your botting etc, but hows it going for you guys

 

I've currently got 7 accounts all training for Green Drags on F2P. They've been training for about a week and I haven't hit one ban. Needless to say, it's how you bot that gets you banned. Avoid reports and use breaks and your bots will probably last a lot longer, mine are

 

Be smart. Dont bot full days and bot at times where normal people play. Use proxys and dont ever use free scripts. Best is payed scripts and even better is private scripts. Just be smart about it and you can last a long time.

 

Thanks for the advice guys, going to have a look on Tribot again, see if I fancy trying something new.

 

try the color based clients instead of the java ones. Get a private script made and bot 8-10 hours max with breaks.

 

It's definitely much more difficult to bot/gold farm these days, but it is definitely still possible and quite profitable if you do it right. Good luck!

 

What is the difference between color and java scripts? Also do you need different clients, IE could Tribot handle both color and java scripts? Or are color scripts things like SCAR/SIMBA?

 

no tribot is only java based bro. The difference is the banrate, its way better. Its more human like, we do stuff based on colors aswell right?

 

Who does "we" refer to? Any good color based clients you can recommend? Checking out colorbot.org right now.

Thanks, have checked out villavu, not very many scripts and most of them seem quite primitive.. Anywhere with some good scripts? Also thank you for taking the time to spoonfeed me all this info.

where are some good simba scripts. There are barely any available to the public on villavu, and a lot of them have people saying they are broken.
