TriBot Error - need help

Just download tribot made account etc, when i try to log in it gives me this:

Client-Side Error. Could not perform log in. (NULL RESULT)

i cant get it to work :/ it either starts then is a black screen or just get the error message and if i try go to the website it says its offline :/
