    Cheap botting VPS?
    No one really cares to share what VPS they are using due to VPSs sharing/using similar IPs. Therefore if someone bots and get banned/flagged on a VPS, everyone on the same node is also potentially at risk.

    Honestly you can just Google up VPSs and compare prices, a computer is a computer, specs are specs, just see which offers best prices per specs and go for it :).

    Have you ever looked into getting a dedicated server? Since you are talking about getting a 16gb server, then maybe a dedi would be worth looking into.
