*not A Dispute* Scammer Report

First off sorry for posting this is in the dispute section but I was banned from sythe a year or so ago. I still trade on it but I go first to everyone and I tell them ahead of time that my old account was banned. I am simply posting this report in the dispute a ban section because I do not want to break the rules and make another account to post in the proper section.

Briefly explain the trade: I agreed to pay him 6 million rsgp for him to get me a firecape. He assured me that he did not need a bank pin and that he would get the cape with no problems. He required the payment upfront and requested that I put money in the inventory sufficient to cover his fee and the cost of buying gear for me. I put 10 million rsgp in the inventory (6 for fee and 4 for gear) and requested that he leave the extra money there for me to bank afterwords. He took his 6m and bought about 2.5m worth of gear. When I asked where the extra 1.5m was, he said that he couldn't be bothered to find a bank deposit box and he would return the money after he got the cape.

How they scammed: The trader took an excess of 1.5m at first claiming he would give it back after the cape. Then at the fight caves he claimed that there was a new update that made it so he had to have my bank pin to go in. When i logged in the check it didn't happen so he claimed that jagex monitored the IP and thats why it only happened to him. He sent me 2 pictures of my character at the entrance to the caves with what was clearly the image of the pin system (it even said bank of runescape at the top) pasted over the image. I requested the order to be canceled because he broke his contract in which he said he would not need the pin. He claimed there were no refunds so i asked him for the 1.5m extra he took back at the very least. He denied this too and claimed he was keeping it in return for the time he had spent so far. So in the end, i got no cape and he took 7.5m instead of the 6m he agreed upon.
