I've dealt with this user before I blocked him as well. He never had any intentions to do the trade through the whole entire conversation we had, and denied increments, and expected me to go first on a bulk Runique order even though I'm the reputable user. I had no problem getting an MM, or doing increments, but he denied them as seen in the screenshot prior, and continued to expect me to go first to him after wasting my time. He obviously has bad intentions on Sythe, and I'm pretty sure that's quite obvious with him evading the TWC he's had placed for 2 years, rather than disputing it.
