I ended up buying from bogla gold at $0.97/mill with Ryan from bogla because michelle seemed to be using a stalling tactic to prevent lowering prices. She would not go lower than what bogla offered and insisted to wait for owner which could have taken hours.

As the employee needed to wait for the owner, it is more than likely they themselves did not have approval to authorize the price you were requesting.

You did not wait for the owner and chose to buy gold elsewhere rather than being denied a price match. So you were impatient and did not give them the chance to go through with their side of the deal. As in, there is no report here.
