*****Need Help with my Server !!!*****

Hi ive recently set up a runescape server on no-ip, i beleive everything is correct and have spent hours and hours double checking and reading through tutorials. Also no-ip says the server is online but i cannot connect to it via any client, including moparscape, can somebody help me please. Thanks.

 

maybe ur ip has chnage go to command pormp and type ipconfig and see if ur ip addres is the same as the no-ip
