    Explain the service: Buying Neopets item for USD through Paypal

    Amount scammed: 80$ USD

    How they scammed: I bought an unconverted neopet from this user and they agreed to send the pet over but then disappeared for 14 hours, when they came back online they said the account the item was on had been frozen and would refund me the money. Travis said that they refunded the money right then and there, but it's been a week and I have yet to receive a notification of refund from paypal. They have also not been online since the moment they said they had refunded. All communications were held over sythe.

    I can provide additional paypal screenshots showing no refund was issued too over DM/Discord (since it's more personal information.) If any additional info is needed, let me know. I don't want this person to potentially take advantage of anyone else.
