    Help a noob out.

After three years of procrastinating, I've taken it upon myself to go to the gym 3-5 times a week. I'm planning on working mostly my chest, arms, back and abs. I'm not trying to get seriously ripped or anything, just want to stop being a complete stick. If anyone has a good workout schedule or suggestions please give me suggestions!

    Thanks!

Diet is everything man. Make sure you are fully prepared to eat healthy if you wish to have success in the gym. Oh and also please aim for a good 6-8 hours of sleep in order to help rest and re energize your body.

Hi friend hopefully I can help you out I am a qualified personal trainer witch I do for a living
You need to concentrate on diet mate just going to the gym won't cut it here goes
    1) cardio at least 3 days a week
    2) stay away from white carbs
    3) don't neglect legs brother if you got no wheels the car can't go
    4) muscle mass when gained is spread evenly you don't want a big chest and chicken legs
    5) HIIT training great for burning fat
    6) split your workout e.g.
    Training Day1: back and bicep
Training Day 2 : chest triceps
Training Day 3 : legs and shoulders
    7) don't think oooh il just take some test and get massive it won't happen you'll just get Gyno whatever you do don't touch steroids until you are 100% sure how to run a cycle

If you want more info or any help planning your routine or anything PM me and we can find a way to connect :)

Eat whatever you want lol, get that mass brother, and psh hard in the gym, eat bulk constantly all times, don't ignore legs though aha one of your largest muscles no matter how much it hurts do them, and just keep training hard bud, I was 95lbs in grade 9 back in the day by grade 11 was 155lbs never took a single protein shake just pure natural, all it takes is hard work and dedication, try not to drink or do drugs either aha

    80% diet, 20% gym.

If you're skinny and have a fast metabolism just eat eat eat. It should be a chore to eat the amount of calories you need.

Lift heavy and don't leave a workout feeling only slightly sore, each muscle group you target should be pumped, finish workouts with drop sets and go until failure.

Also with everything, consistency is key. There is no point doing this if you're not going to stick to a routine, week in week off!

    Gl and make the gains
