i have to use a shit stock otherwise i have no real skill its all about HOW you do it not what it looks like coz it takes skill to use a shit stock and subsequently make a shit tag.

Very much agreed. People need to point out their resources for two reasons:

1. In order to scrutinize the image for the amounts of changes implemented regarding Color, Contrast and Lighting, Transformations, and a myriad of other effects applied.

2. Giving credit where due. While there are free stock sites like sxc.hu, you should always point out the origin of a stock photo or a particular resource (like Brushes) because when some people describe their submissions, it would seem as if they're saying they've created it from 'scratch'.

 

I agree. Kinda hard to help / criticize if you don't know what they did :\
