Transparant Background

[Eru]

Guys, when I upload a picture (.PNG - .TIFF - .GIF) It has a white background.
I want it to be transparant. Help me please

Open/Save it with GIMP/Photoshop, MS Paint doesn't support transparency.

I use Photoshop CS5. :/

Save it as a .png file and upload it to a site that doesn't auto resize the image.

if you use imageshack there is an option where it wont resize the photo

Make sure the background in Photoshop is transparent, then save as .png and upload it to www.imgur.com or www.tinypic.com

First you should make sure you DO have a transparent background. In photoshop, it'll show up as a grey and white checkerboard pattern. Then save it as png, and go to a site like www.tinypic.com or another uploading site that doesn't resize (as said earlier) and upload it. It should then be transparent.
