Do paypal take legal action?

Im in debt like 600$ on my paypal account because the person who i sold to recoverd the money, but i already spent it on ebay .
So i was wondering since its paypal who lost out what will they do to get the money back? atm my account is just limited and i dont plan to use it again.

i think so,i heard that if someone has Negative money and didn't payback he can end up in jail or something like that

Well PayPal works good if you trade with trusted people... i have traded over 400$ without problems.

 

Only with trusted though.

Paypal is owned by the company called Ebay. Think about it, do you think they would file legal action. :/

 

I'm at -$200 on Paypal and its been months. Person chargebacked.

But I did use a fake name, fake adress, fake everything, and I proxy'd in. Although a few weeks ago I did recieve this email from them.

Most important part:

^^ And they are not able to do that =D

 

They will start calling you about it if you don't put more funds in there.

And if they never get money since you are a minor they will most likely make your parents pay for it, which isn't good for you either.

 

They'll send collection agencies after you, and they WILL get it lol....The plus side is, your a minor, they can't legally make your parents pay for it, it's not going on your credit score, you can't go to jail.


But....on the other hand, if you turn 18 any time soon I'd get it paid off
