Reduce 3 Minute Bounty Hunter Penalty Into 30 Seconds

Hi, It's RS2Sms with another amazing guide for sale on Sythe.
I've recently discovered a bug on Runescape where you can remove the 3 minute penalty in Bounty Hunter and reduce it to only 30 seconds penalty :]
I've transferred over 50m with this method and never died using it.
Would you rather 30 seconds penalty or 6x that at 3 minutes penalty?
Its none of that leave when they die and come back in and be lucky to find the items.
And none of that get them under half health trick either. :]
I repeat, this guide is nothing to do with leaving and running back in to find there items, this has NOT been posted on forums.
