Training zerker in NMZ void or full zerk gear? Read please

Ive looked around cant find what im looking for so ill just make a post im sure someone can answer my questions.

Im training currently in nmz my zerkerpure wearing full zerker gear fire cape zerker (i) rune boots rune legs rune defender torso zerker helm d scim (afk) training so im just using thr absorption potion method.. Should i wear melee void is this better exp?

For days that i dont have to afk im wondering should i wear initiate armor and use prayer pots and use strength and attack prayers to get best exp?

What is the most effective way of training my strength in nmz? Ive been off for awhile so im catching up still and getting about 65k exp my way seams to suck!

 

The way you are doing is fine, void won't help much further, only if you are doing range.

 

Meh exp sucks lmao i used to hate training range i guess because of how expensive it was now i guess training str sucks because of how much time its gunna take wondering if keeping 60 attack (61) is really worth keeping forever on os :/
