    I'm pretty sure this is correct, I would choose varrock, bank's pretty nearby.

    It doesn't matter if your F2P or P2P.. either way anywhere with clay is good for mining because it comes back in like 1 sec..

    Well at the moment i am using varrock :D it is very good as bank is really close however there are also some clay rocks up in barb village if varrock is to full :D

    Wheres best place to mine clay?
    Use either Rimmington mine or the crafting guild.

    Join some clan and get a clan flag. Wield that and keep your pick in your inventory. Also wield a dung ring. Use the dung ring for banking and teleport with clan flag to get back to mine. Very fast.
