Account Locked - Cant unlock it?

I have this main from a couple of years ago that's locked and I'm trying to unlock it now. I'm the original owner of the account and all information is accurate but it gets denied every time within 1 minute of sending (literally I get an email 1 minute after). I have moved house from that time I played on it and even provided all postcode/address but still no luck

The reply is obviously automated unless a J mod sits at his work PC all day waiting for recoveries to be sent in just to read 1 line and deny them.

Anyone got any suggestions to at least make a actual mod review it?

 

I think the only thing you can do is try and contact a j mod directly via twitter

 

I suggest using Jagex's Twitter Account help and see where you can go with that.

 

I'm actually interested in recovering my very old account; where and how would I go about doing this? What twitter should I PM or whatever?

 

If it doesn't unlock and denies that quickly it means Jagex suspects you of not being the original owner and will never accept. Are you sure you're still using the original I.P? Are you in the same location or remotely close? (I.E: If you made the account in Greece are you still in Greece?) The only time Jagex seemingly deny accounts within minutes is either if you're in a recovery battle so two people with identical information trying to appeal back and forth or what I mentioned prior.

 

I have a friend that had the exact same problem. Out of the blue his account got locked and I know for a fact he created the account but every time he tried to appeal it was denied.

 

did you ever sell the account? jagex will deny appeals permanently if they suspect the account is being bought/sold

 

If you did do this OP you are very unlikely to get it back :'(

Emailing will not help.
