Training needed. Range/strength.

I have a maximum of 2m to spend. Must be trusted, i'll transfer you the 2mil through mid crator, touch nothing thats on the account your training, unless the stuff i brought for you to use.

I want about 70-80 range, i'ts 40 atm, and about 50-60 strength, it's 1 atm, but it has 24 attack, i'd like about 30-40 attack also.
