Can someone tell me how to....

I would like to know how people get the picture(s) with them 1m+, 16,+ donater and frequent IRC user pictures under their name(right of avatar).

 

for the donater ranks, you have to donate that much rsgp lol.... and for the frquent irc, you gota use it frequently...
