Training bows

So training bows are officially a "Discontinued" item now. Odds of them becoming tradeable and worth something?

I had 10 in my bank a few days ago, and i was training agility while wearing them and i kept dying, and was planning on getting them back and now i have 2 in my bank, so.....wow. I'm kinda sad Because i dont want to lose my last 2 training bows

Regardless, what are your thoughts?

On topic: I doubt they will ever become trade able as the sheer number of them released means they wouldn't be worth anything

 

Are you sure they're completely unbuyable? Last I knew your able to buy them at the cows near draynor manor.. (not fally but the ones to west of manor )

You can still buy them for "Beefy Bill" at the cow fields where the Gnome Copters use to be along with the shield and sword.

They would NEVER be tradable because Jagex already stated they aren't going to be doing anything like events, already untradable items into tradable items so no, won't ever be tradable, no reasonable explanation to why they would be either.

 

This is a discussion about the training bow, not a "you answer it and say it should be closed" but thanks anyway.

And your wrong, you can't buy it anywhere.

Regardless, i really hope these bows become tradable because i really would love to have more of them just in case But even if they did i think only skillers would really even bother buying them

 

They never will become tradable, and even if they do there are millions of them. Highest price might be 100k at least for a few years, and even that's a stretch.

 

Wow I just checked and they are discountinued. That sucks for any new skillers wanting a cool bow to use. As for ever being tradeable... I highly doubt it since every other discountined, tradeable rare has always been tradeable, even disk of returning.

As already stated they are discontinued. Here is from the wiki page "The Training bow is a beginner ranged weapon that has been discontinued and is currently unavailable to use unless already owned" Besides the thread isn't about that, it's whether they will become tradeable/worth something.

 

yeah it does really suck, but you can still get whats called the "Quick Bow" from a place in burthrope, and its like a shortbow, but alot thinner and looks allright, you just let the NPC warrior guy kill the troll till he says finish it and youll hit a 1 (you dont gain xp for the hit) and then you go thrue a little monologe and then the bows on the ground

^Yes it is discontinued.

I highly doubt it will EVER become tradeable, but no harm holding on to them I guess.
