Speaker Problem

Before You read on I just want to tell you that I am a computer n33b. So don't flame me if it's obvious to you what the problem is.

Ok anyways I had just reinstalled windows because of a severe virus problem and just setup windows and everything, and everything was working perfectly until I tried listening to my music but guess what NO SOUND!
I looked to see if everything was plugged in and it was!
I don't know what the problem is I've tried everything!
Please help....

have you ever opened up your PC and placed any other computer pieces in it?

ok, you will have to find your computer manufacturer, or the computer model and look for drivers online. this same thing happened to my dad's computer.

pretend your computer model is "f920x" or something bogus like that, it could also just be simple like "Emachine1110" or whatever

-go to google and search "F920X drivers" and find a download. you may have to modify the search to "emachine f920x driver download"
or, find the emachine website. this is all pretending that your PC manufacturer is emachine.

you should find AUDIO or SOUND CARD drivers, you'll have to DL and install those
