Hoeski scammed me 14 dollars

Who scams someone for only 14 bucks..? anyways heres everything, I added his msn from his sythe account as he stated and I went first to him and he wanted me to do everything I could so that I was unable to dispute the money I sent him through paypal, and finally once he was confident I could not recover my money, he logged out before giving me my gold.

Heres proof of me sending him payment, he asked me to send it as payment owed and write that I was paying him for babysitting my son so that I could no dispute money, and I later had to prove to him that I could not dispute the cash by taking a picture of paypal telling me that I could not dispute this. After that he even made me send him an email stating that I had no payed the wrong person, unfortunatly my msn crashed when i tried to send my first picture so I dont have the conversation with him telling me to do these things but i can show you how he recieved the pictures from me and then blocked me, then unblocked me and acted like it wasnt him in the first place, and procedded to close his gold shop after i called him out and acted like he sold his gold already -.- Sorry for the walls of text. He knows the ropes of paypal and disputes... wouldnt be surprised if hes a vader.

End of convo where if you look at times you can see he logs out then logs back in and acts like I sent the wrong payment to him. You can check the msn he gives in his sythe profile that this is legit.

My msn crashed trying to send him the pictures he wanted so i emailed them to him and you can see he verifys that, you can see how fishy he acts on his thread and on msn that he is actually a scammer. I do not have the convo leading up to the email as my msn crashed but i will try to dig it up somehow if possible. Thanks again.
