Hi i want 90+ str on my barrow pure and i wonder which place i should stick too? Just in case i have 70 defence and i can afford dharoks etc

Monkey guards? Or is there better places

You can try bandits. (good for afking) Ankous are also very good if you have salve amulet (e) (70k xp+/hour)

Don't use dharok at ankous.

I'd say bandits as well, great XP for AFKing.

Yeah bandits are great but i can't really spend to much cash on p-pots. Becaus e i need cash for 94 magic

 

I would suggest doing the monkeys either in the tunnel of ape atoll or the ones underneath the monkey guards. With Salve (e) it is substantially more xp per hour compared to bandits. Around 25k more xp per hour if potted but requires prayer pots.

Monkey guards because you can utilize your offensive prayers, or Ankous with Salve E since you don't have to pray.

I personally did bandits because I would much prefer afking for the cost of the prayer pots, but if you can't afford it I'd say do the Monkey guards or Ankous.

If you plan on doing Monkey Guards, I'd recommend using dharoks, bring super antipoisions and super sets, and just stay low hp.

I understand the guards, rockcrabs and experiments if you dont want to spend money on P pots, But just for "fastest as possible" xp id say ape atoll beats bandits.

If you're talking about Ape atoll skeletons, with a Salve amulet/Salve amulet (e) then yes, they'd be faster than bandits. I don't think monkey guards are faster unless you can pay attention the entire time, to be sure you're always in combat.
