Guide to change low crater pure to med

I am extremely open to anyone with ideas to help the guide

To defense or not to defense?

Ok, so heres where the real bounty hunting money rolls in. The trick here is kinda easy, we are talking about doing this with 1, 10, 20, 30, 40 defense. So heres where we start we the guide. Of course we say you are level 56 combat. So, say we are talking about 40 attack, 75 strength, 1 defense, 34 prayer, 70 range and 60 magic roughly. So, first things first, we want 43-52 prayer. So I recommend buying big bones, becoming member and using member methods, or get 50-60 attack at moss giants and use the money and bones from there. Next, after we have say 60 attack, 40 prayer, 75 strength, 70 range and 60 magic. So now we should get 80 strength at moss giants still burying bones. Use a rune scim, strength potions, and tuna while training here. This might take a day or two. Now,with say:
60 attack
80 strength
43 prayer
70 range
60 magic

Ok we are doing good, but heres what I recommend. Becoming a member and doing the quests to get 20 defense so you can become a init. pure later on.
Now say after your members period or f2p period our stats are now:
60 attack
80-85 strength
43-52 prayer
75 range
65 magic
20 defense
Those are the stats you need before starting this.

Ok, now you can start the real part of this guide, where the serious items of this is.

First, now we need to get 60 attack, 85 strength, 52 prayer, 75 range, 65 magic and 40 defense.
For 40 defense, become a member and do all the quests for 40 defense. Now, with 40 defense go to fire giants with food and get 60 attack, 90 strength, 52 prayer, 75-80 range, and magic doesn't really matter, but train defense to 45 here. Now, start doing as many P2p quests as possible to get 60 defense or so, we are pretty much aiming for 60 defense, don't forget to do Monkey madness and get that exp. So, pretty much at the end of this guide, heres our stats:


Attack: 60-65
Strength: 90
Defense: 20-60
Prayer: 52
Range: 75-99
Magic: 1-75

instead of doing immediately getting 20 def. do nature spirit and get 13 def its a requirement for addy gloves. and maybe start to do quests for the 175 qp for barrow gloves

Do fremmy trials
Train to 45 defense for the zerker helm
Afk bandits for around 90 str.

Imo
the ultimate ( and most realistic )
zerker pure you can put in f2p med would be:

att: 70
strength: 95
defense: 45
ranged: 80+
Magic: doesn't matter
prayer: 43+
hp: somewhere around 85 maybe more

Dragon Slayer
18650 Def xp
Required to wear rune platebody.
The Fremennik Trials
Reward: 2,813 Defence Exp, Ability to wear Fremennik helmets

Monkey Madness
20,000 Defence Exp
Ability to wield the Dragon Scimitar, Required for part of Recipe for Disaster.

Nature Spirit
Reward: 2,000 Defence Exp
Required sub-quest for Recipe for Disaster

Heroes Quest
Reward: 3,075 Defence Exp

Think i missed out holy grail if you fancy the prayer boost.Might have missed out somemore but those were the essentials.
