it's just that i see other shops straight up saying "selling pins"....

Could someone direct me to how i can purchase any sort of membership that is allowed around here, that does not give that person the ability to in any way recover the account back? (i.e pay by phone and such would not work...)

 

You're not allowed to buy/sell pins.

 

Only allowed to sell upgrades mate.
