Trading steam eWallet code or paypal for Skrill

I am wanting to get funds from my paypal into my bet365 account but can not use paypal on there site, I am offering to either buy you a code off steam and swap for the skrill (I will take 10% off what you give me to cover your fees) or just straight swap for paypal. Not sure if people do this but I can't find any way online. Also have a 100 shadow priest 702ilvl on WoW or a steam account 5 years old with csgo and source that has been a dota player since 2012 with over 2k matches will swap that for $10
