The Reason Im Selling The Account Is Because:
Im From The UK
The Account Is From The US
So It Wont Let Me Download Games

I don't think this is allowed. Generally accounts stocked with MSP have stolen credits cards on them. Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

It's not allowed if the account has a credit card still on it because it's almost stolen.

7k msp isn't even that much... he could have made the msp points from trades from codes etc.
