Its called, hold alt then hit a number wich will enter a character that isnt a letter. Like in mexican letters the i's dot is a slanted line ect so it will be like bitch but the i will look a little dif, it was ripped off fagex ect.

 

There's a guide on Fagex about this. Please don't leech it anymore because I'm tired of people paying for something they could've gotten free.
